Administration and Training
We know that looking after a network,
even a small one, can be a burden.
So we offer a number of ways to lighten
the load.
Our Network Administration contracts
are designed for businesses who either
don’t want to employ a full-time
administrator or can’t justify
doing so. Using remote access, we
can dial in to your network and work
on your system as though we were there.
Where remote support isn’t appropriate,
we’ll come out to site. Either
way, you have the benefit of a team
of skilled network support staff,
for a fraction of the cost of employing
a single one.
Or, if you’re happy for one
of your staff to take on the duties
of administrator, we can provide practical
training in network administration
for Novell NetWare, Microsoft Windows
NT, 2000 and Small Business Server.
